Living Social Students
If you have a Living Social Voucher and you are attending class for the first time, you MUST be at least 15 minutes early. That extra time is needed to process you into the class and orient you to the studio.

Be very well hydrated even the day before you begin taking classes. Bring a beach towel and a hand towel as well. Remember this is 90 minutes of rigorous stretching. Be prepared!!

REMEMBER, you can sign-up for classes online. You can also purchase your class cards online. Please make sure we have your e-mail address so we can send you notices and announcements (weather changes, special fruit parties, etc.).
